    You can call reach us by phone,(700-182-4678) by fax,(916-227-0864) and by email (teamevenmoreawesome@bellsouth.net). Our facility hours are from 8am to 10pm every day. You know you are at the right website if you see our logo. The large "S" just like superman's.
    Our facilities offer all of the main principles of fitness: muscular strenght, muscular endurance, Cardio respitory health, agility, and flexibility.
    Muscular strength is how much weight a muscle group can lift or contract in one motion, while musc. endurance is for how long a mucle group
    canperform contractions with some weight on them. You can evaluate these two by finding what your limit in weight lifting is, and how many repsyou can perform with a weight below your limit. Agility is how quickly you body can change direction. You can test this by running cones. Flexibility is the range of motion your bodt can go through, You can test this by stretching as far as you can and by trying to touch your toes. Cardio respitory health or endurance is how quickly your heart and lungs can get oxygen to your muscles and how long they can keep it up. You can test this by running a mile and recording your time or by doing jumping jacks for as long as you can and recording the time. It is important to test these things because it lets you know what you need to improve on and gives you an idea of your progress.
